- Complete the register closing process by counting all cash, bread, and other items used during the shift.
- Prepares food carefully, following the set recipe and finishing orders on time.
- Monitors items in the sandwich prep area and restocks as needed to maintain steady supply during the shift.
- Follows all food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines during prep, service, and cleanup to maintain proper standards.
- Keeps all restaurant areas clean and presentable, following the 3-step cleaning method with care and consistency.
- Follows all quality standards, recipes, and procedures as detailed in the official Subway® Operations Manual.
- Maintains a clean, well-groomed, and professional appearance at all times, in line with the Subway® Operations Manual guidelines.
